If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your blanket to the warehouse for a refund (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). All items you wish to return must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. If you are exchanging your product, Dreamhug™ will pay for the costs of shipping the return to our warehouse and shipping the new item to you, up to a certain amount, and if a receipt is provided. 

Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as the request is communicated within 30 days of the parcel arriving at its destination. 

As of November 30th all clearance items are final sale. 

Easy Return Process:

1. Email customer care at support@dreamhug.ca. Let us know if you would like to process a return to be shipped back to Dreamhug. 

2. Ensure that your full name and order number are clearly displayed on the outside of the box. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number, which you can provide us via this email. We are not responsible for returns that are not received or do not have an order number labeled on the box. Make sure all items are packaged in their original packaging, for damage or unpackaged products up to 20% fee will apply.

2. Once your return has been received, it will be processed and refunded within 3-7 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your bank account or credit card.
